Bonnie Dubin has been a member of ATD and the National Speakers Association for 20+ years. Her expertise in Leadership and Team Building Skills has made her a sought after presenter by many companies. She is currently the Training and Development Program Coordinator for Willis-Knighton Health System, as well as owner of Motivate Me, Inc. Bonnie is married to Stuart Dubin and has three grown children and three grandchildren.
Past-President, Tulin Melancon
Has sixteen years of higher education experience as a faculty and an administrator. Online and face to face adjunct faculty member in various universities such as Park University, UOP, ERAU, Minot State, and Webster University. Teaches online and face to face classes in Business, Human Resource Management and Management disciplines. Currently the Director of Conferences & Institutes at LSUS Continuing Education Department.
President-Elect, Hollie Nash
Hollie Nash has more than 25 years of operations, account management, marketing and training experience in the communications, technology and education fields, supporting clients and partners of every size, across multiple industries. Working with New Horizons since 2015, she helps organizations in Louisiana and Mississippi develop and execute training plans to address underdeveloped hard and soft skills within their workforce.
Treasurer, Bill Wolfe
Bill Wolfe served 23 years as an Army officer in a variety or command and staff positions. Following his retirement from the Army, he held several operational jobs in the Shreveport area. He is currently the Director of Human Resource Management and Purchasing at LSUS.

Julie has been employed at Barksdale Federal Credit Union for the past 11 years as Training Specialist and has been a member of ATD for the past 6 years. She is currently in school working toward her Business Administration degree.
Membership Director, Sandy Cimino
Sandy has served as the Senior President of Business Development at Community Bank of Louisiana since 2014. She enjoys traveling, motivational and finance related speeches, volunteering, and working outdoors. Sandy has been on many boards in the Shreveport-Bossier Community and has chaired numerous banking committees. Social Media, Kierstin Whitten
Kierstin Whitten runs the online education system for Willis-Knighton. She has a passion for training and loves to see employees develop and continue to grow in the special education and competencies required of healthcare professionals. After attending three years of college at LSU-Shreveport for her Secondary Education degree in English, she began her career at Willis-Knighton working in Community Education. She is now pursuing her Marketing Degree and plans to get her Masters in Health Care Administration.
Member At Large, Jim Taliaferro
Jim currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing with Personal Solutions, Inc., a comprehensive counseling firm founded by the late Dr. Durell Tuberville, where he oversees the Employee Assistance Program. Jim is also a licensed Realtor with RE/Max Executive Realty, Chuck Horne, Broker, in Shreveport for the past 18 months.
